Vivian Ko

Ms. Vivian Ko is an Associate in Ling & Lawyers.

Ms. Ko has broad exposure to corporate finance and commercial matters, including but not limited to corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance for listed companies. She has also been actively involved in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on debt recovery, contractual and shareholder disputes, insolvency and cross-border enforcement proceedings.

Ms. Ko is further developing her practice across regulatory investigations (e.g. SFC, ICAC, Stock Exchange), as well as alternative dispute resolution (e.g. mediation and arbitration).
