Mr Zeng Jianxin, a PhD holder in Civil and Commercial Law from Wuhan University, commenced his legal practice in April 2002. His expertise spans equity investment and financing, corporate M&A, film investment/production/distribution, and criminal defense. He previously served as a partner at Guangdong Global Jingwei Law Firm and Guangdong Huaan United Law Firm. In December 2016, he became a Senior Partner at ERT Law Firm, and from January 2018 to June 2025, he also served as the Director of Guangdong ERT (Nansha) Law Firm. In July 2025, Zeng assumed the position of Director of ERT-Ling (Nansha) Law Firm. With rich firm management experience and more than 15 years of practice, Mr. Zeng is a seasoned legal professional.
