Ms. Winnie Lo is a Consultant of Ling & Lawyers.
Ms. Lo has more than 30 years of legal experience in both private practice with, amongst others, international law firm in Hong Kong and as an in-house legal adviser in, amongst others, the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. Apart from Hong Kong, she is also qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales and a Solicitor of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the People’s Republic of China. She was formerly the Honorary Secretary and a Subcommittee Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch).
Ms. Lo has a wide spectrum of experience in the legal industry, with focuses on civil and commercial litigation and enforcement, dispute resolution and arbitration, general corporate commercial, bankruptcy and liquidation, matrimonial and family, and inheritance and succession matters, both in the People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong.
