Mr. Lin Bo is a registered foreign lawyer at Ling & Lawyers.
Mr. Lin graduated from the School of International Law of the China University of Political Science and Law, and has since 2010 worked as a legal practitioner.
Mr. Lin currently works as a lawyer in a Guangdong firm, acting as Chairman of the Legal Services Innovation Committee and Administrative Law Research Committee, as well as Vice Chairman of the Corporate Crimes Compliance Committee of the Guangdong Legal Association. He also holds membership to the Professional Committee for Administrative Proceedings of the Shenzhen Legal Association.
For many years, Mr. Lin has worked with large corporations, having previously acted for reputable companies in various sectors.
Since 2017, Mr. Lin has been appointed as a member of the CPPCC at Nanchong, Sichuan and was elected in 2018 as an international member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (“NACDL”). In 2019, he was recognized by the “Chinese Business Herald” as a Notable Individual with regard to rule of law and commerce.
Mr. Lin is a qualified lawyer in the People’s Republic of China.
