Mr. Chan’s career comprises work in both the public sector and private practice. He has experience working as a Government Counsel for the Department of Justice and is qualified to be a counsel-on-fiat for the Department. Mr. Chan has also worked as a legal counsel for multiple listed companies.

Mr. Chan’s practice area encompasses corporate, commercial and financial matters, with an emphasis on litigation and ADR.
